Strategic Motivation

Strategic Motivation is about giving athletes the necessary tools to help control their thoughts, their emotions and most importantly their performance. These tools are taught through a series of ‘mental’ based programs whose primary objective is designed on building confidence and self-sufficiency.

Visualization Techniques

Clarify your visions. Here you will learn scientifically proven techniques that will help you see where your thoughts and actions will take you .

Practical Goal Setting

Learning to implement specific and realistic goals will help your journey by guiding you through the areas you need to work on. – “What gets written, most likely gets done.”

Behavioral Recognition

This program is based on pre-performance routines, body positioning and post- performance routines. – “Humans are creatures of habit, whether they are good or bad.”

Mental Skills Analysis

In this section of our program, our focus is based purely on self-talk and emotional control. – “You can, only if you think you can.”

Periodization

Rocky will teach you how to formulate your overall training load and competitive schedule because doing this is critical to your well-being, fruition and survival.

Your first step is to call or email Rocky to set up an initial consultation. Together you will review your needs, establish performance expectations and strategically come up with a plan that will help you get the most out of your competitive season.

“Over the past 5 years, I have not only met the best trainer who has constantly put me in the best shape of my life every year, but also a mentor who has taught me the importance and value of my mental game and how to succeed by setting goals, not only in hockey but in life.” Zach H.”
